Live Well * Love Much * Laugh Often

As I mentioned in an earlier post, Ronnie and I lost a very dear friend recently. A few days ago we visited our friends who put together a slide show for the memorial service. The service will be held this weekend.

The slide show of photo’s set to music was very touching and has been playing over and over in my mind. I’ve thought what a wonderful man that brought so much joy, laughter and love to so many lives. He lived an amazing fun filled life. He enjoyed the love of his family that most of us could only dream of.  His life on earth was an example of how all should live.

Ronnie and I have lost several friends and family members during our time together, but not a person that really touched our life like this man.

It saddens me that I have never experienced the love of a family such as his. However his passing has brought a new perspective to my life.

We need to live well, love much and laugh often. Enjoy and spend as much time as possible with loved ones. Be a good friend and always lend a ear to those in need.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
